These hornets nest decoy can deter wasps by simulating the size, shape, and color of hostile beehives. Wasps have territorial awareness, so they do not build nests near other bee colonies.
These wasp decoy nests are made of ultra light polyester fibers and have rain and wind resistance, making them more durable and more elastic than traditional paper fake bees nest.
They are designed specifically for harsh outdoor environments, simply hang them where you want to avoid wasps.

These fake wasps nests do the trick. Be sure that the fake nests are waterproof. I tried these in the past and they appear to work.

Disclaimer: I received these in December, so there's no way for me to test them against actual wasps until the late spring/summer.Every year I end up knocking a wasp nest down with a 2x4. They're persistent and predictable.These fake nests look surprisingly real despite the colours being a dead giveaway there's (probably) nothing to worry about. I really hope they don't decide to colonize these!If they don't work, they're kind of pretty so I can always shove an LED light inside and turn them into patio decorations.

These are good quality nests and easy to assemble - just take your time with the metal form so you don't poke a hole through the nest but even if you do, you can still use them. I started using these nest decoys a couple of summers ago when we were overrun by wasps and couldn't use our deck. I put these out in the Spring all around the house, watch for queens to show up and exterminate them, and we haven't had a problem with wasps for two years now.

Hung these up and they look like a part decoration but they cut down on wasp by 80 percent. They worked

I have five deer stands in the woods. It used to be unsettling to go into a stand, get all set up, watch the sunrise and warm up the stand only to hear buzzing coming from somewhere. Two years ago I got these imitation nests just like these and put them up. I have never had trouble inside my stands since. I'm just saying, they work for me.

3 Pack Wasp Nest DecoysI ordered these because we have many wasps around our home, and the occasional hornets as well. I believe all our fellow earthlings have an important part to play in the balance of life on this planet... however, they can at least do there thing a bit further from our home!The production on these is above average. Under material category on the seller page it says paper, but the one I received are of a much sturdier cloth-like materiel which gives the impression of being for more tear & weather resistant than any paper nest would be. It comes with a good quality spring steel hangable frame. I feel fairly confident they will be capable of lasting a number of seasons. Currently we are in mid Fall here, so we won't be able to give a accurate report on how well these work; but rest assured, if they should prove a miserable failure, I will update this review.Currently: 4 starsThe photos on Amazon, provided by the seller, do a great job of representing the product.
