I am amazed at the quality of these kites for the price. I got these for my kids for Easter. We have taken them to the park and beach MANY times. The strings WILL not break. My son got one stuck in a tree, and I was able to yank it down. I was sure I was going to rip it, but it stayed intact. We get so many compliments on the designs and quality. Highly recommend! The butterfly was a bit tricky to put together, but we figured it out with the online video instructions.

I happened to get these right before we had an uncommonly warm and windy day this winter, so I got to enjoy them nearly right away with my kids. There are 3 kites within this set, and they all have different pros/cons to them, so I’ll discuss them individually.The Delta Flying Kite was easy to set-up for flying. The tail on it is straightforward and does not tangle easily. It caught the wind well, my 8yo son had a blast flying it, and the kite received many compliments from onlookers at a local park. I used past tense in that second line because the top little sleeve used to hold the pole for its back tore the same day. I’ve tried repairing it, but the poles fell out when this happened, and I’ve not been able to locate one of them to fully reassemble the kite for flying. I expect I can replace it with a thin wooden dowel if need be, so I’m not writing this kite off yet, but it was a disappointment after having so much fun with it.The Butterfly Kite has lots of pieces for setting up and took some time and care to make sure everything was assembled as needed. It has 4 very long streamers that look amazing in the sky but are more of a tripping hazard when on the ground. It flies extraordinarily well, and I had no trouble repeatedly getting it very high on a windy day.The Octopus Wind Kite has no pieces for assembly outside of the pull string. You simply untie a knot that I didn’t even find on mine to get it ready to fly. There are many streamers which look very cool in the air but present tripping hazards on the ground. Unfortunately, this kite is very temperamental and was by far the most difficult of the three kites to get in the air. It does look very cool once in flight, but I spent far more time trying to get it to catch the wind than actually getting to enjoy seeing it in the air.All main material for all three kites and their tails is very durable. Two of these kites got caught in trees during use and were roughly handled in the efforts to remove them, and there were no tears to the visual parts of the kites. Like I said with the Delta kite, there was one pole sleeve that tore, but that was later in the day and is an easier repair than the main material of a kite, but that was our only durability issue discovered in a day of wind advisories and rough play.In summary, these are beautiful kites that received compliments from onlookers at the park. The three kites range both in complexity of set-up and ease of flying. The material of the kites themselves is durable, but the sleeves for the poles is less durable. On the whole, I have no regrets about this order, as it’s gotten my kids excited about going outside again.

This 3 pack Kites are great value. The variety is fantastic. As my younger kids like Octopus and older one loves butterfly. They can pick the one they love. The kites are made of great nylon fabric and sturdy rods, As I just play once and they are in good shape. I hope it can last longer by withstanding some wind and handling so we can play multiple times. But I found out even though the assembly is straightforward, the quality of the handles and strings could be improved. We encountered some tangling issues with the strings. I understand we are beginners and flying skills should improve more. But experience with tangling issues makes flying experience a bit less favorable.

Best kites I’ve ever bought. My grandkids loved the beautiful colors and had fun flying with their dad. They were so excited they didn’t reel them in until almost nightfall. Very easy to fly and stayed up all day. Very durable and very kid friendly. Happy about the sizes too as their dad was able the fly the biggest one. Happy with my purchase. Will definitely buy again.

These kites worked great at the beach, even on a very windy day. They packed well and quite durable. We flew one at home and accidentally got it stuck in a tree. It did not rip while we were able to recover the kite! I was impressed! These make great gifts as well.

These were perfect. Made with quality material and the string is sturdy enough not to break when flying high. My little one accidentally let go and one kite flew half a mile over and got caught on a pole. It survived and we were able to get back to reuse. Definitely recommend. Friendly for all ages. Putting them together will require adult help.
