These 1/3 size, 6-inch deep hotel pans are a fantastic addition to my kitchen, both for home use and for occasional catering. The 23-gauge stainless steel is noticeably thicker and more durable than some of the flimsy pans I've used in the past. They feel very solid and well-made, and I'm confident they'll hold up to heavy use. The anti-jam design is a game-changer! These stainless steel restaurant pans are good for a lot of different things. If you need to marinate something, it’s non-reactive metal so you can use any type of liquid. With the lids on it helps keep some of the smell down. They’re a good size and well-made. Stainless steel is very easy to keep clean and there’s no transfer of taste or odors. They also work great as dog bowls. They are well-made with a nice thickness so they don’t bend even with weight in them.

Great pans that have so many uses in the kitchen, have been baking a lot of bread and these are perfect for that. No more muffin tops like regular bread pans can have. Highly recommended.

I am excited to receive these as we’ve start hosting more family functions. They are large and they are deep. I was not disappointed. Excellent stainless steel pans make for a very convenient way to store food. They are able to be warmed on stovetop and oven. They also come with lids. These are truly great.

These are excellent. My only complaint is that the edges of the lids and pans are pretty sharp, so take care not to cut yourself. Other than that, they're perfect - especially for cat owners! It's impossible to leave food out on the counter without them getting into it, but putting food inside these hotel plans with the lids solves the problem. We can host buffets once again!

These pans are great for a steam table or just storage in the refrigerator. The matching lids are a great fit and are air tight. The lids are flat so you can stack them if needed. I can’t say enough of the quality of these pans. They are a must have item.

These are a very nicely made 1/3 size steam table pan. They aren't overly thick, but still feel strong and durable. The lids fit extremely well and also have a hole in them for your serving utensil.They do stack nicely together and don't get stuck easily. However, they don't stack well with my other pans I already have. If you put these on bottom, my other pans will only go about half way in to them. If they're on top, they sink all the way down making it hard to grab between the two sets of pans. It could be that my others are slightly larger than normal, or it could be these a slightly smaller than normal - I'm not sure which.Other than this little issue causing you to have to make sure these pans are together and on top, they are a great set of pans.
