These are a lower cost option for the name brand item, and they fit our fridge perfectly. The construction is exactly the same. They aren't what I would consider sturdy as it is thin cardboard with carbon filters inside - but then again - neither is the name brand. They fit in the space just right - which is great because we have had issues with other generic filter replacements being off. The 3-pack is generous, and for the great price, you won't need to buy these very often. Overall, a great replacement.
