They fit the 1/4 inch plus size cord on my hanging lamp, which I am very happy about. I haven’t installed it yet, so can’t comment on how well they do the job.

We hung a light in our dining room. We used these to run the wire from the base to where the light actually hung. They came with drywall anchors but we opted to purchase stronger anchors just in case. The ones that came with them are probably fine.

So far it's holding great and the cord is snug and not moving. i didn't have much faith in it cause it was sooo cheap to buy but I love it.

Easy to install. Can be used anywhere to hold anything; string lights, decorations, etc.No instructions come them but they are easy to use.Mark your spot, drill the hole the size of the grommet, unscrew unit and remove tiny clear screw. Put metal screw into the end with the hole and screw into grommet. Put cord into unit and screw back together. Add small clear screw to hold cable in place and you are done.
