Unfortunately I didn’t read the negative reviews. The glue didn’t come out the tip, instead the bottom broke open and the glue got everywhere.

I bought this to try since I was using quite a bit of the 3-M 5200 silicone and even the small tubes are so expensive. I used this silicone and was really impressed and within 3 months I was going to sell a Boston Whaler I had and bought a much newer one. I needed to remove a few things on the older one and THIS SILICONE was on so good it actually gave me trouble to get it to release. I am use to 3-M fast cure doing that but this stuff holds better and dries faster any day period. Also note this stuff doesn't close up at the cap and dry out like 3-M always has I even had to cut a tube because of that prior. This is the new best silicone at an amazing price. BUY THIS SILICONE AND SAVE MONEY IT DOES MORE FOR MUCH LESS MONEY.

The product works as required but the back seam of the tube failed, creating a real mess and compromising any future use.

Did we check the cover? No. It flew off while traveling. Leaving the one closure that was in place on the camper and the rest of the cover lost on the side of the road.Luckily we found the cover on the was home amd ordered this for $7 which is an excellentvalue for cost. With a little surgery, the cover functions again as it should. We left it to dry for 48 hours just to be sure it was sealed properly and completely dried. Super easy to use! Now we know to check everything before traveling.

Have used it for years after watching a boat builder build a skiff with board lumber. He temporary nailed the boards and after the caulk dried he removed the nails, filled the nail holes with the caulk, sanded and painted the boat. I asked will that permanently hold and he replied and showed me with a scrap that the wood will break before the joint.
