I found it very difficult to insert the LED bulbs. I was going to return the four I bought. I decided to give it one more try. There are a couple of things that you should know about inserting the bulbs. One: wet the suction cup. Two: press the suction cup onto the lens of the bulb. Keep it in the center of the lens. Three: line up the two prongs of the bulb with the two holes inside the fixture. This takes some finagling as you cannot see the prongs or the holes because the bulb gets in the way. You just have to keep trying until the prongs fall into their respective holes. Once you accomplish that you've got to turn the bulb clockwise. Do not push down while you're turning the bulb. Actually lift up gently with the suction cup while you're turning the bulb. That will work. You may have to try it several times but be patient. I hope this helps you avoid the agony I went through figuring out how the damn thing works. The fixture has no instructions for inserting the bulb. Also, Some manufacturers make the lens of the bulb so that it can rotate. You'll find the suction cup will not work for those types of bulbs. The suction cup just turns the lens. I applied extra thin CA (super glue) cement to the edges of the lens where it connects to the bulb. I placed the glue onto six spots around the lens. The CA is very thin and capillary action draws the glue into the seam between the bulb and the lens. Once the cement drys (I'd give no more than ten minutes

Everything is included in the box. Exactly what you see in the pictures is how it looks. Just remember to buy bulbs for it.The look is great, and it operates flawlessly. The only thing that is difficult is getting the bulbs in. Wasn't too bad but took some time to line up the prongs. Because of not being able to see them seat in the bottom you have to do it by feel. It's really not all that bad but you will need some patience.Happy to have them and they give a sleek modern look to my basement! A big plus is that they are directional, and you can change up the lighting whenever you want.

Just installed - got three to light up our high ceiling/exposed beams - great so far, no issues. Like that they blend in with our white ceiling.

OK product, the bulb housing has no ventilation, which means lamps will run hot, and no UL or ETL safety mark for Canada/USA. I would only look at fixtures with UL. **Update** seller reached out to me and was very concerned about both improving the product and working with me towards a solution. The fixture is built well, all things considered. I’m a product safety engineer by trade and really didn’t find any significant faults with them. My hope is that they do reach out for UL/ETL listing because it’s really built well and I don’t think they would have much trouble getting Listed. All in all good product, great seller!

Replacing existing fixture was straight forward and fairly simple. The BIG plus is having three bulbs you can aim the direction you want. Great for keeping glare away from certain areas of a room.
