Works great 1999 XJ. No bolts . Go to the hardware store and replace your old worn out ones.

They fit my 1999 dodge Ram 1500. Though I wish I got the 3 inch but it’s okay. I’m going to put a 2 inch lift block on the rear anyway so it works out
