I got this for my baby nephew, who's been staying with me along with my sister. I have to say, this is the best potty training kit I've ever seen. Far better than anything I ever had or anything I've seen my younger siblings use when they were babies.It works exactly how it explains in the images. It can be used as a potty itself, with a little bucket inside, complete with something like 100 waste bags that can be used on the bucket much like a trash bag.As your young one gets older, this potty trainer can then be adapted to fit onto your toilet, while its base can then be used as a step stool, which makes it much easier and much more comfortable for your child while using a larger toilet.

This will be used for the future as my nephew is just 3 months but it is well made and sturdy. The options to change as he grows is a nice touch and will avoid additional purchases. The color is nice and light. Hoping this helps my sister get through this fun time!

I read a lot of the other reviews before ordering this and people were spot on! This is a very well made and thoughtfully designed potty seat…but it does have a lot of pieces that make it a little more complicated than necessary to get it all back together or packed into itself for storage. It is very versatile though…as a separate potty, footstool, potty seat for the toilet it does the job for all 3 applications. I do agree with others that the latch mechanism is cumbersome and for that I took away a “half-star”. It came with a load of potty liners and a little cleaning brush which is nice to have. It is very sturdy and the plastic is smooth and rounded so no worries there. Given other offerings out there however I do think it may be a little overpriced at $40.

This potty arrived quickly and was incredibly easy to put together. I love how easily it can be adjusted according to our needs, whether using it with our toilet or on its own. The pieces all fit together seamlessly and the top piece that converts it into a step stool can even be stored on the bottom of the potty when not needed. It feels like they truly thought of everything. It also came with a large supply of disposable bags that fit into the pot. Highly recommended!

My about to be 3 year old grandson has been very difficult to potty train, even though we have the fancy insert on the toilet he uses. I thought perhaps an actual potty chair on his level might help. This is a very good one, it's sturdy and well made while still being lightweight. I like that it can go from potty chair to toilet seat adapter and stool as the child progresses. I like the seat back as it places the child in the right spot on the toilet and makes it more their size and not so scary. The included bags make this ideal to throw in the vehicle for car trips. What I docked a star for is the sort of awkwardness of having to push in the release handles on both sides while lifting the top. It get annoying after having to do it repeatedly every time the child goes potty. That's a small annoyance, though, and the current price of $29.99 seems fair to me. Overall, I would recommend, the features outweigh the 1 annoyance in the long run.

This is a great product, there are a myriad of ways this can be useful and my toddler son has really liked it for potty training. I love that it will grow with him as he gets older so we can use it for a while, as the seat can go on top of a regular toilet, and then of course you can use it as a step stool as well. He actually went potty which is great because my older two kids were terrible to get trained, so maybe he'll be better, especially using this!

One thing I don’t like about this seat is that you have to wrestle off a top layer to be able to get the urine tray out, like the urine tray doesn’t easily come out without a mess. EDIT: I WAS WRONG. The inner pot is actually pretty easy to get out of you do the order correctly: take off seat cover, unsnap the body, and then you can simply pick up the inner pot out of the body. I tried to figure out what I was doing that made it so hard and I can’t. You don’t have to wrestle with this potty seat. My apologiesOther than that, this is a good potty seat. It’s the right size for a toddler with a larger than average urine tray. Easy instructions
