This is easy to use. I feel it is cheaply made, but it works. It's easy to clean. I was afraid to put too much pressure on it as it was all plastic. Its price was okay.

This dumpling maker lacks durability. The plastic is thin and brittle. It may be cheap, but I would consider it disposable after one use at max.

It just feels flimsy and kinda sucks and not very well made. It’s too light.I can’t really describe what exactly I hate about it but I don’t recommend.

The dumpling maker is really nice. It is super easy to use and easy to get a routine going where you can fly through a batch quickly. The little bao bun maker is really cool and easy to stuff and make nice professional looking buns. I really like this and used to make gluten free veggie dumplings, everything in a spring roll I spooned into each dumpling and steamed in an bao bun steamer basket and served with coconut aminos on top. The second batch I tried in the air fryer brushed with coconut oil and then served sweet chili sauce to dip in. I would recommend highly, love it. Thank you!

I have taught myself to make cannelloni, and tortellini by had ans well as one kind of bao dumplings and steamed buns. I was at first concerned that there are no directions, but in face none are really needed. This is not so much a dumpling machine but is instead a dumpling making form. The part with the handle, the press part reminds me of a mini tortilla press. The form to make the crescent dumpling by folding it over is the more useful. the round dumpling one looks nice but is not really helpful in making that kind of steamed dumpling. Both are a bit small than I am used to buying but they do work adequately.I found this easy to use and clean, and a bit faster than doing by hand. i suspect that if I made this kind of thing more often I would be much faster to make by hand without the forms. I like puzzles and this was a fun one. You can make any kind of steamed dumpling as ling as you cook the fillings first. My dumplings hold together but are are not all pretty but this should solve this. You can however get by without having this tool.

When I first picked up the press and played with it a bit it felt flimsy and cheap. Those feelings quickly went away as I used it. The lightweight design is easier to handle and move around on the work surface. Heavier and clunky metal ones always seemed to be falling out of my hand as I used them. You really don't need a seperate board and rolling pin, the press side flattens the dough well. Then the forming side trims away the excess as it seals the meat inside and crimps the edges.Unlike the pictures we always cook our fillings first. For empanadas we also boil the diced potatoes to add to the mixture. The press didn't come with any instructions. I wish it had safety tips, maybe some recipes or maybe some helpful hints. The slick plastic is by design - it cleans up very easily. Some plastics as in some storage contaners are not as closed cell or not as slick. Cleaning them can be a pain. This press almost cleans up with simple running water.Don't let the colors or lightweight design fool you. The whole thing is an easy to use, lightweight and portable empanada and dumpling press that's as easy to use as it is to clean. Simple. Effect. Even fun!

In my family, it started with one person loving dumplings, and it spread slowly from one person to the next until there were five dumpling lovers in the house, but if anyone has ordered any recently, you know that it's like... six to nine bucks for 8 dumplings and that's just enough for everyone to taste one and want more but be SOL. Making them by hand can be a nightmare too, because without a machine like this, it takes forever, they end up uneven, and it can be an exercise in pure frustration. This thing though, makes it easy and fun and something that the kids can help with and have fun and get excited about too. If you like dumplings, even if you aren't going to be making them constantly or anything, this is an inexpensive tool that will pay for itself in the long run from money saved making them at home quickly and easily.
