Until I saw these replacements, I didn't realize how rusted my old metal one was in the bathroom sink! I also didn't know that they were a plastic material until they arrived...but I think that will be a benefit as they won't rust! The quality seemed similar to that of the metal one, and just as functional. The fit was a little tight, but I just pushed in one tab and it went right in. The old one was super easy to just pull out, then I cleaned the sink area around the hole, and inserted the new one, making it a super easy install! I wanted to show what the old one looked like alongside the new one...pretty much the same thing, but much shinier! Great buy!
