Cheaply made. Doesnt have an indexing rotation. In order to rotate you have to remove from helmet, removed accessory, use the tool to loosen nut, and rotate. Worthless. Wouldnt recommend unless you want a non rotating item.

Used these on a couple helmets. Team wendy, opscore, etc. Current use is on a Hard Head Vertans fast with older arc rails. Initial install is loose, but they tighten down with supplied allen key. They get the job done and do not break the bank. I use them to mount weapons lights as they can be rotated to get the angle you want. Mine is set to point the light to the ceiling. Great value

Fits on standard helmet rails. Sits snug. The light that I have attached stays puts and has no jiggle when moving. Well made I would say. Worth the money.

Finding space for everything on a helmet is a huge pain, especially with arc rails. I’ve been trying to find a solution to mount a light to my helmet for over a year and nothing has worked, until now. Here are my thoughts:Pros:- fits very snug on arc rails- rotate 360 degrees to allow you to mount and then adjust in any direction.- 2 included in the same pack- has a tab to ensure it stays in place on the arc railCons:- plastic- can’t be adjusted in the fly. Needs an Allen wrench to loosen it and then tighten it.These mounts gives me the option of putting a light / ir light at 2 or 8 o’clock. It’s the best solution I’ve found so far and honestly they are pretty awesome. More testing is needed, but so far I’m a huge fan.

It is made our of a plastic material IF it is holding a light or some other similar light item, this should work pretty good. The fit on the helmet was surprisingly tight, though I don't know if it will be that way with other helmets. My helmet was meant for Airsoft, but the attention to detail for this helmet was pretty good. Any case the fit was very tight. I doubt that this would ever slide off the rails.Only thing I would question about is the screw. I would add some blue or purple loctite to the threads to help prevent it from coming loose. I can easily see it coming undone over time nothing is added.It rotates in multiple directions. It locks in place pretty good when screwed down. I think the screw is slightly too short, but it is functional. Slightly meaning about 1mm more in length would have been better.

These rail mounts are unique where they rotate and lock into place. The plastic is typical to most tactical type of plastics I've seen, however there are a couple thin spots that are breakable.The install isn't horrible it's just quite tight. I feel pretty capable with tools and handy with fasteners and this was a bit tricky, mostly to remove after a fitting test. It's a tight fit which is good but I had a heck of a time getting this back off my helmet.The little plastic latch that holds it tight actually broke, not all the way off not almost and is now only partially in tact.This rail mount being tight is good, but make sure you put these exactly where you want them to go because for me it was very difficult to get one off, I scratched the rail on my helmet doing so.With that being said. I'm still able to use the one I broke, it holds tight naturally. The part that broke was a fastening part to the rail that would click it into place. The natural tightness of the rail I have to rely on now.This rail mount is useful and unique with the swiveling ability just because because they also break semi easily
