These work great. They are light weight and just the right size to use on my Blackstone. They are easy to clean and seem to be a good value for the money.

I ordered to use for our Blackstone, as we are trying to use it more. I felt that the quality of these covers was great. They worked very well when steaming vegetables or to cover food to keep warm. I thought that these were very durable and worth the cost. They were easy to clean and are a perfect addition to anyone who used a flat grill. Definitely would recommend.

Stainless steel. Came with extra screws for the handles. Which was great because the first thing I did was drop one. Lol.

The major difference in these covers opposed to everyday, similar items is the size. Unlike simple lids or covers, these are high enough to not squish the food underneath of them. I frequently have used lids and even foil to tent a cheeseburger or grilled cheese sandwich, only to have part of the item stick to the bottom of the lid. These covers eliminate that problem. They are also wide and long enough to cover your outdoor flattop or our indoor cast iron griddle. The size and handles make using these easier for me than trying to use foil and taking two hands to do it, or trying to rearrange the grill items so that a single lid will do the task. They are obviously high quality although light and easy to handle. The only rub is that storing them in our small galley kitchen requires some extra thought and effort. That being understood, I plan on having these in our kitchen for a long, long time.

We make our own dog food for six large dogs biweekly, cooking 30 lbs of meat at a time. These have sped up the cooking time on the blackstone, decreasing the time spent on this part of the process.

Cooking on a flattop griddle is so much fun, but EVERYTHING cooks at a different speed/rate.If you are making fried rice, and you are using frozen vegetables, you can put the frozen veggies on the griddle, and yes, eventually they will thaw out - or you can put them on with a little bit of water for some steam, put this dome lid on top, and you will cut the cooking time down to a fraction.Making a cheesesteak? You can put the cheese on the meat, and eventually it will melt - or, you can use one of these dome lids and your cheese will be melted in no time. They are real easy to assemble, just a couple screws to put the handle on. The handle stays nice a cool to the touch - no matter how long you leave the dome on a hot surface. The lids are pretty heavy duty too. I dropped one on my deck by accident and NOTHING happened to it. It held it's shape perfectly. You don't need them for everything that you cook, but for some things, these dome lids are essential.

The EWFEN rectangular basting covers are a large size, 13 x 11, and come in handy if you like to throw stuff on a griddle. They are also handy to cover food on a counter, rack or warmer on the stove. I love to griddle outside, so these are handy when cooking vegetables. Potatoes take a while to cook and require water to steam them. My small dome just wasn't big enough, as it was made for melting cheese on burgers, something that I haven't needed, because the meat and griddle are hot enough to melt it with no problem. My red potatoes, though need that steam. Most other veggies cook fine, so I could get by on them. These covers give me a space to put a small bag of quartered red potatoes under it with water. I can hardly wait for spring, so I can get back out for more griddle fun! They are well made and have metal handles. The handles seem to be a little loose, but that will not effect how they work.
