The Tire and Rim combo look great on my Element Ecto. They have better offset than the stock rims provide and have a bit more weight to them. The mud tires themselves are taller and softer than the stock Ecto ones. For my dirt, grass, rock and wood home course these tires were way better for grip than the stock tires. The foams are super soft so i went to a dual stage in the front tires and kept the stock foams for the rears. I also vented the inner lock ring to allow the tires to compress better. Out of the bag the tires are super soft and somewhat sticky. They do measure at 4.75 verses the 4.65 on the stock tires, expect some additional rubbing when flexing hard. I just wish it did not take as long as it did for them to arrive. I purchased a set thinking there was 4 total but NO.... read read read! There are only 2 and mine were already mounted so that the directional tread was 1 left and 1 right. I went to 4 stars for these as NONE of the small screws have Loctite on them and I lost 1 of the 5 inner screws on my first test run. It is time consuming but well worth putting some blue Loctite on the hub, outer and inner rings. It has not been warm enough to evaluate if the tread lugs will fold too easy or hold as they are now for traction. As it sits for now, I recommend these for budget minded RC crawlers that are looking for a good tire to trail or rock crawl.
