Some assembly required, shipped with NO adhesive on back of emblem, customer must apply adhesive to back of emblem, which is tedious getting it lined up, and there's only one try to get it right since the adhesive is very tacky. Would be better if emblem came with adhesive already applied to back of emblem, like most other masonic emblems, so a person would just have to remove one piece of waxy paper backing and apply emblem to a clean surface for job to be complete.
