It only works with skin contact so you can't use it through a cover. Disappointed.

These little guys did exactly what I needed them to do, which was just tell whether or not there was a load on them or not. If there wasn't, it sent a signal to my microbit, sending an alarm. I had mine set up running through a 47K resistor (Yes, you read that correctly) and it seemed to work just fine. My only issue with these is that the connectors are so close together, you really have to pay attention to how you hook them up, so you're not shorting it before it even has a chance. These are perfect pressure sensors if they're in the range you need!

They work as expected. They are quite sensitive to light pressure, they might be perfect for delicate grippers or other end effectors that need fine grained measurements for low forces.
