With the top of the pouch closed firmly, key fob inside, and inside my bag, my vehicle still reacts to the fob. Lights trigger, engine can start, and I’m able to open the door.It has worked maybe once and that’s probably a lark. A piece of foil would work better. :/

I have the "comfort access" on my vehicle that detects the key when it's near, unfortunately this leaves it vulnerable for a relay attack. Tested it after putting the key fob in the bag just inches away from the vehicle and it would not unlock the doors until I pulled the key fob out of the bag. Definitely worth the small expense for peace of mind. This isn't going to stop every method of getting your vehicle taken but it's a good start and the most common used.

It’s a little inconvenient having to have to pull the key fob out of the pouch when you need it but again the purchase was made to keep others at a distance from your vehicle. It was a great buy.
