This protector case arrived with some cosmetic flaws. The rubberized bases, which should provide grip, were already peeling in a few areas. While not a major issue, it's disappointing to receive a case that doesn't appear brand new. The peeling also leaves behind small pieces of rubber, creating a bit of a mess.The included screen protector also presented some challenges. The first one I tried did not adhere properly to the device. Thankfully, the second one stuck.UPDATE: The seller contacted me right away to resolve this matter. Impressed with the customer service!

The only bad thing is there was not an included alcohol wipe. Didn’t matter to me because I have some 50% IPA but it may matter to some of you. There was also nothing to push bubbles out but I just used a credit card.

I'd say I would definitely buy it from them again.Thank you, Kalifee team!Microfiber leaves a lot of materials when using on the screen. The dust sticker doesn't pick up all the dust, which leaves a lot of bubbles on the screen. Did it 3 times and all the same.
