I've used a lot of this stuff in both single stage and B/C I feel for the best results mix some in like a teaspoon/mixed gallon with the base coat and spray that, then mix in a little bit like 1/2 teaspoon with the clear as a clear base coat then just clear a couple coats over the whole thing without flake. That way you can buff without hitting the flake. I put 4 oz into one gallon on a ex cop car I painted and it looked like the Evel Knievel kids carnival rides from the 70's so go easy.

Worked good just make sure you have a nozzle big enough to let the flakes thru. Rookie mistake here lol but hey it turned out good 1st time spraying added just a pinch of flakes to some candy ruby red in 1st coat of clear will be adding 2 possibly 3 more coats depending on results. Not bad for a rookie 1st time ever
