I purchased the 4 cameras with solar panels. I am very happy with them and do recommend them.I did have an issue with the NVR (main base) right out of the box with trying to set it up. I contacted customer service and got a reply back right away. They shipped me a new replacement immediately and I got it right away without any issues. They were very polite and easy to work with.Setup was very simple. I did need to use my tv as a monitor, which is stated in the instructions (I tried using my laptop but did not work (that is a me issue, not a manufacturer issue) and again I contacted customer service and got a reply right away, the person let me know it had to be a tv or monitor) when I initially did the setup and that was easy to do with easy-to-follow instructions. Once the initial setup was done, I was able to use my phone as well as my wife's phone for all camera functions. The app is also very easy to use.Installation was a little different for me as I have aluminum siding on our house so I could not screw into it. I had to buy heavy-duty indoor/outdoor double-sided tape to secure the cameras. I had a minor issue though with this installation because the tape they use to secure a foam insert in the camera base was not strong enough and the camera did fall but the foam was secured to the wall with the tape I used. So, I had to buy some heavy-duty epoxy (I had run out of double-sided tape and also thought the epoxy would be better since it is not as thick) to secure the foam piece in place. One the epoxy dried it worked great. I do not count this against the manufacturer as this too was a me problem not a manufacture problem, because if I were to use the screws to install them as it is designed this would not be an issue at all, just want people to be aware of a different installation technique if needed. We just had a rainstorm, and I am proud to say the cameras were not affected by the rain at all, they are completely waterproof and worked great in the rain. The solar panels come with a long wire, so I was able to install a camera on my porch and put the solar panel on the wall outside the porch without any problems. The solar panels work great, and they are charging the cameras every day.Cameras have clear picture and the human detection on them is nice. The color night vision is great too, very clear at night.Again, I want to mention the customer service. I can't say enough great things about them, that is very important to me, and I really like their fast response time and friendly service. 5+ stars on their customer service.I bought 4 cameras and will be buying a few more soon, as I can see other areas around the outside of the house that I would like to have a camera.I highly recommend this camera and this company. 10/10! 5 stars!!

I couldn't expect better quality, but the instructions - both printed and online are poor. However, I can't praise Katie at support@yewise.com enough! Although she must be in a different time zone, Katie guided me through the nuances of advanced setup and ALWAYS responded within 24 hours with great help. The four cameras work flawlessly. They charge well with the solar panels both direct sunlight and trickle charge on very cloudy days which is more than I can say with the old cameras I have from another company. I like that there is a local NVR (separate small box) which is cable connected to my router - not dependent on WIFI. A monitor is needed to connect to the NVR initially, but I plan to keep it attached permantly as well. Although I had trouble trying to get email notices to work, I don't need them as the Wallpixel app on my iPhone and iPad links perfectly. When there is an "event" that is, motion detected, the Wallpixel app notifies me on my iPhone, iPad and iWatch. I love it! I was also able to setup access to the cameras on my Windows 10 desktop. The system comes with a solar panel for each camera and a cable for initial camera charging. However, a brick (transformer for the 120v. power) is not provided. I think one should have been included, but fortunately I have one for my iPad that I used. The camera images are superb in daylight. There are two settings for night: infrared - which provides the green/black image or HD which is color supplemented by two LED lights on each camera. There are two settings for motion detection, but the humanoid detection setting doesn't work consistently. One can set the recording level to motion detection only or continuous, but continuous detection uses up the storage quickly. I am very pleased that local storage is available - in fact, I would absolutely avoid this system if it wasn't. Cloud storage is available at a very high cost in my opinion, but fortunately I don't want it or need it.I opted for the Asurion 2-year protection plan because it claimed 24/7 support for setup as well as defective product replacement. The 24/7 support turned out to be useless to me! Although the Asurian tech tried to help, he was obviously unfamiliar with the product and, after several dead-end attempts, suggested that I contact Yeewise support. I would not recommend purchasing this insurance as the setup support is useless and product comes with a one-year warranty. It just isn't worth the expense in my opinion. All in all, I highly recommend this product. Just be aware that setup will take some time and probably several emails to Yewise support.
