Excellent product. The instructions could be a little more detailed but assemblage is pretty obvious and straightforward. Having a 10 year old grandson I am particularly pleased by the attention paid to safety issues. The product is a little heavy for me but I'm 83 years old and have always been a bit weak in the arms so this should not be a problem for most people.Rodney

The shears came two days later than scheduled in a neat package. There is even a spare blade but no instructions on how to install it. The instruction manual is very minimal. These Cordless Electric Pruning Shears is well constructed and powerfull enough to cut 1"+ greenwood with ease. With all three sectional extension poles, battery and pruner puting together, it weighs 7.4 lb. It is bit heavy when fully extended. The shears at the top of extension pole can rotate but will only bend on one plane. The safety button is for righthand, sometimes it is awkward to pull the triger when the pruner is at wrong orientation.

All the power you need. 1.4 opening. Must have. Pole saw engineered the best. Battery installs above the bottom.of the unit, not like some others, more powerful than most others

I bought these not knowing what to expect, when I got them they came in a nice case and in very good condition. The batteries had a good amount of charge so I thought I'd give them a try. They cut great! I've used them on all types of stuff, maple, ash, blackjack trees and many more, I've cut weeds also. I have done a video review and I took them and let my sister try them, she loves them and bought her own and our older brother tried hers and has said he really likes them also, says they'd make a great Christmas gift for him.The batteries last for a long time and they'll cut bigger stuff than I thought they could, I have had some that I have had to reposition and make multiple attempts to cut through but they are a homeowners helper.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that when not used for a bit they will shut completely off and then you have to press the power button and pull the trigger twice to get them to work again, if they had that time longer, say five to ten minutes I'd have given it five stars easily.They are easy to use and very handy to have around, if you need to prune anything or harvest stuff from a garden do yourself a favor a get this set, you won't regret it .

Let me start by saying - I'm female, 62, and have osteoarthritis. My younger brother bought this product first & let me try it so I could see if I'd like it. I did & ordered my own.After using it a quite a bit I can honestly say - I LOVE IT!I bought a place in my hometown last year & had an old house torn down & removed & a new house built & fairly recently moved in. The land had been neglected for Lord only knows how long. Trees out of control & trash & weeds, etc. I've been working hard trying to clean the place up & making great progress. I was struggling some cutting up tree limbs with old fashioned clippers until my brother bought this & the V-Modest Pole saw which he also let me try & I also ordered one for myself & love it too!With these clippers there is not a lot of bending over. I can grab a limb & hold it over the pile & just start clipping & letting the pieces fall into the pile. It really helps to save my back & is soooo much faster than standard manual clippers. Works great even on fairly good size limbs & if the limb is too big for these clippers their pole saw can be used without the pole & will make short work of the larger limbs. Love them both so much & cannot recommend them highly enough.The batteries last a long time too which is a huge help. Good quality product. Other companies, in my opinion, could learn a lesson from this one. Make a quality product for your customers & they will keep coming back!Thank you to my younger brother for buying these & letting me try them & thank you V-Modest for making quality products.
