I thought it was plastic when I bought it and is a carton material. Not what I expected. But I will display it next year and add some decorations to make it look better, not that blend.

I wondered why it was so inexpensive. Nowhere in the description does it say it is waterproof cardboard, I was expecting thin metal. Because it’s like cardboard, one of the star’s points was bent during shipping. I have not tried it outside because I purchased it after Christmas, but I doubt it will survive the winter winds too well.

I have to say I liked this purchase so much I decided to paint it. It it’s made of a good plastic the only down side is the other animal did not look like a cow so I turned it into a donkey. Thank you Amazon.

I’ve been wanting a nativity to put outside on our front lawn. This is not it. It feels like coated cardboard. Some pieces arrived bent. I doubt it would withstand any wind, snow or rain. I plan to out it together and use it as a centerpiece on the dining room table.
