We give this five stars. It did not stay in the box long, and it was easy to assemble. This is a very sturdy table. You can see from the pictures the hydraulic system that holds the back up. You can choose an infinite number of positions, all very sturdy. The removeable feet have a swivel and give the table stability. There are extra threaded inserts welded into the frame you can use to attach items to suit your needs. We put a bottle holder for the massage oil. It's a very clean look compared to the portable massage table that we had. The shelf is great to be able to store things for handy use. The only downside we have found is the table height adjustment. You have about an inch variability from the screw-in feet.

If you've built any Ikea furniture, you can easily handle building this exam table. It comes in a very large, heavy box, since the entire top padded surface is already attached to a metal frame. You just have to attach the legs and lower shelf. The manual is worthless - the diagrams don't match the table we got, there's no mention of the paper holder, etc. There's also no indication as to which of the several bolt sizes you need in any particular spot. They're different enough that you can easily figure it out though. When I first assembled it, I though it was pretty flimsy since it felt loose when I sat on it. I went around and retightened all the bolts and now it's very solid. I've put "tighten all the bolts" on my maintenance checklist for the next few weeks to make sure it stays tight. If it does loosen, I might add some Locktite, but it felt like they'll stay. The table is very solid once it's all tight. It's no bed, but it's padded enough for an exam table. The head lift easily. As long as this is enough of a table, it'll serve you well. It's not like the expensive tables with built-in drawers, stirrups, stepstools, and all that, but for a basic table, it's great.

The table is solid but not at all compact. Its also not very lightweight, so will need to be somewhere where it sits more stationary. Will use in a home therapy room. The table is durable and well made. Surprisingly comfortable. The height is not adjustable which may cause conflict for some depending on what the use is.Its a good table and the price point is fairly reasonable overall, given other similar products.Take measurements beforehand to ensure it fits in your space

Too tall for patient to climb up on it, and face hole is too hard for face. Otherwise good leather and good sturdy frame.

I liked the look and functionality of this product which is why I bought it. Unfortunately, it’s being returned. Assembly instructions are useless. The lower cushion was ripped on arrival. The upper cushion assembly was missing a hinge pin. The other hinge pin was bent. Every single bolt required a tremendous amount of force to install due to them either bent or the bolt holes having sloppy threads. The shelf bolts are too long causing them to dimple the shelf itself. The cushions must be removed to remove the plastic protective wrap. The bolts from those cushion were all bent and obviously just forced in place. Good luck trying to reinstall those cushion bolts. A 30 minute assembly took three hours from all of the defects. Shame on this company for their lack of QC. I would have accepted some replacement parts and called it a day, however, there is no other option except to return the product. I’m not looking forward to disassembling it and then repacking it.
