This product was not the brand I thought I ordered but it is the same style and string number and I like it very well. Looks like the above picture of Byla 27-string lyre harp with accessories. I could not tune the strings as noted above the tuning pegs because they got too tight toward the high end, but I added an F# after every F and that has worked out very nicely for me. I play hymns and have used the F# strings for several hymns that I would not otherwise be able to play. With the F#s added, it has been very easy to tune. It is a lovely instrument and has good sound. I used sharpie markers to color code my tuning pegs and strings. I tried several other lyre harps before this one, but this is the one I really like. Glad I bought it. Shipping took a bit longer, but the seller contacted me about that through Amazon and I was willing to wait for it.
