Guess I didn't comprehend the dimensions correctly. I was surprised with how tiny it was. My binder came with a slit in the corner but since I purchased it for the contents I didn't mind it much. The binder smelled like PVC but smell dissipated after a day. The magnets are sturdy but it scratches easily. I was sliding the dies to make room for the other dies, and I have various scratches. I was barely pressing down and it scratches very easily.

The pretty stary plastic on the outside is flimsy. It started coming apart as soon as I put my die cuts in it. :( I did not reach out to the seller for a replacement. I think a replacement would have the same outcome. I ended up using packing tape to tape around all of the edges to keep it together. I probably would have sent it back if I noticed it before I put all the die cuts in it. I put the die cuts on the magnetic side and on the white side I put the cut outs so I can always see what it looks like. I would not order this again.

I like the idea of a notebook for storing my cutting dies. Having pages that can be removed and rearranged is a definite plus, especially when your collection of dies grows and you feel the need to reorganize. The concept is good, but a few things keep this from getting 5 stars, most notably the thinness of the binder itself and the rubber band.First, the notebook is a good size. It's about 7 3/8" wide and 8" tall, with a spine that's just under 1 1/4" wide. The interior pockets will accommodate 5 1/2" x 7" sheets. The binder size is a definite plus, because anything larger would be so heavy once filled with dies that it would be cumbersome. This format keeps the weight down and makes the binder more portable and easy to store. It looks good, although honestly I'm getting purpled and pinked out. Please offer some other colors! It would be great to have these binders in a range of colors for organizational purposes. There are a dozen top-loading plastic sleeves with magnetic inserts that are black on the magnet side and white on the reverse. I just realized that you can write on the white size with a dry erase marker. I just tried it and it writes and erases fine, although I can't vouch for how well it will erase if the marker ink sits for a long period of time. Anyhow, that's fun and useful. The binder has six rings so it might be difficult finding replacement pages if that ever becomes an issue. The week point for this product is the binder itself. It's made from thin plastic that is eventually going to split along the hinges and is covered over with a clear plastic outer cover that is printed with the glitter stars. This outer cover provides pockets front and back, where you can store notes or receipts or other flat things. They've included some sticky flags in yellow, pink, and blue. These are basic sticky tabs and work OK, but they're not super sticky and they're too small to write on.Finally, the elastic cord that keeps this shut is useful, but like most products with an elastic band closure, I end up getting the elastic caught on other stuff, especially when I'm trying to put the binder on a bookshelf. The elastic will eventually stretch out and deteriorate, but it's put into the binder in the back and done in a way that it can be replaced.Overall, this a good way of storing dies in a format that makes it easy to leaf through and see your collection. For the long term, the binder itself might not hold up.
