Ordered this so I could finish leveling the frets on a couple of my guitars (mainly wanted the crowning file) without breaking the bank on tools. The crowning file leaves a lot to be desired, but it will do what you need it to do. Pretty good little kit, but don't expect too much out of it. The fret rocker is pretty lackluster and doesn't seem to be totally flat on each edge (might be worth sanding on a flat surface since it is just a stamped piece of metal). I would probably invest more money into better tools if I were to work on my more expensive guitars in the future.

I ordered this mainly for the fret protectors used for polishing and the string winder. They're not the highest quality, but they're not total junk either.

This kit and watching several instructive videos allowed me to set up 3 guitars with ease. Normally a luthier would charge around $90 per guitar for this service. Excellent buy!

Was cruising on YouTube and saw scarred Guitar owner and host Sean. I got interested in what he was doing. I’m the guitar player and never did the work on my guitars and now at 68 years old I’m gonna start playing around and setting my guitars up, cause I was too scared before This kid seems to be really nice. I haven’t had a chance to buy a kit to set it up, but it looks like it’s good quality and it’ll do the trick dang it. Sean look what you made me do.Lol
