I put these tires on my Mongoose Mountain bike for a smoother ride on paved roads. What a difference they make compared to the original knobby tires! No more buzzing noise nor vibrations through the handlebars. And I can still navigate off road trails without any problems, but 90% of the time I'm bopping around town. Very happy with them! Pete M. They're bike tires. I switched from off-road to street tires. Wanted to spend as little as possible on new rubber. These work very well. There's a tiny bit of wave in the tire wall (about 1mm) which gives the look of the wheel not being true. Not a big deal for me though. No complaints so far.I didn't pay attention and got the ones with the white side wall, I could have gotten the all black ones for a couple dollars less.Slightly less psi rating than a regular mountain bike tire (40psi instead of 50)

after informing Amazon, of what happened, and being on the phone for an hour and a half and being cut off and having to be switched to two supervisors trying to get help with a 4 dollar tube because I didn't want to pull this bike back apart to send them the whole kit for a 4 dollar tube I am very disappointed with Amazon this was a $862.39 order

Tire is supposed to be 2.10 inches wide but is really closer 1.75 or 1.90Update: The false information was frustrating although gave an extra star to be fair as I didn't attempt to return the tires.Regardless I do see some pros to this tire given the correct application and expectations. This is indeed a low cost cruser tire. The thick rubber and low psi rating makes for good absorption of road imperfection and the light tread allow for light trails. Apart from the narrower then expected width, the cons for me personally, are weight and over all construction. The tires weigh 4-5 as much as any MTB tires. The quality of the tire's structure is questionable. It's a big floppy tire that is difficult set on the rim. If you've never changed a flat on the side of the road them make sure you don't have these on when it happens.Lastly, if you can afford double the budget, get the Shwabble Big Apple tires and thank me later.
