They are cute but the second I went to wrap the string around the little circle it popped off without any resistance. It started to happen (and I was gentle) with every third envelope or so.

I’m very disappointed. Three of these came with the buttons already fallen off, plus the string is too short to create a good closure.

These are beautiful craft envelopes that would be super for a special delivery or invitation, a meaningful letter, or for sending photos. I'm not sure if you can put these in the mail or not--they tie closed, so that might not be very secure anyway, and the size and shape is probably prohibitive--but they are attractive and would be great for the holidays, birthdays, and other celebrations with appropriate decorations!

I am not sure if mine was a return, it was opened and a lot of mine had slight creases, bent and damaged corners..Pucker Marks.. holes..Pretty much, all of mine were damaged. I would have been upset of I paid that much for them, and received this package. I am use to buying high quality paper products; but the ones I received are not worth the price.If they were not all damaged, I might have paid that much for them. They are a sturdier stock .. More of a Cover stock, not Chip Board.I will use in journals and with my paper crafts; but I can not use them for what I had originally hoped to have used them for.
