CLUTCH
XPV 2500lbs upgrades the clutch, strengthens the connection between the clutch and the gear, it is not easy to cause damage to the clutch. Caution: Do not adjust the clutch unless there is no load on the wire rope.
NEW MOTOR SYSTEN
12V DC 1HP permanent magnet, and winch motor has a line speed of 2.7 feet per minute with a full load, ensuring faster linear speed under load. NOTE: Do not maintain power to the winch if the motor stalls.

Box arrived intact no signs of damage. When I opened the box I noticed the clutch handle was broken. Part of the knob, was laying in the bottom of the box the rest remains on the unit but is also cracked all the way through. I'm not going get emotional about it but it is what it is. It arrived broken

This little winch works great for what I use it for, loading a large generator into my food truck. Only problem would be the cables are not long enough. I had to modify them to work for me.

The cable is not the strongest but if it snaps like it did on me its very easy to re install although it's shorter now. I maxed it out and snapped the cable but the winch was still pulling so possibly a stronger cable would be nice so the winch stops pulling before the cable snaps
