They are on the small end not average fence staple size. It's what I ordered though it They work as described

I used these to strengthen and attach my wire to my wooden posts on my goats and pigs pasture. They work well, are easy to hammer in, and seem to hold up. Way better deal then buying similar package from box store

Intended for light guage wire mesh fencing.We found them useful attaching vinyl crowd fence to wooden posts.Unlike some staples with raised-barb legs, these should withdraw from the post without damage to staple or fencing material. ~ The Duffian
