i drive OTR. (so im away from home a fair bit) when i get home most of my paints will have settled and shaking w/o these mixing balls was a drag. adding 1 or 2 balls and a paint mixer made the process much better. only down side is the are small and easy to lose. lolPro's : makes paint remixing much easier : un less you have a lot of paint, there are more than enough for the average hobbyistCon's : small size might it a bit of a hazard if small kids are around.

A lot of my paints do tend to stay on their selves for some time. So the pigment settles to the bottom. One ball and a few quick shakes and I have consistent color.

These balls really know what they are doing, they mix that paint so good.
