Lots of plastic food items. The little frying pan came with a crack in it and I didn't notice until I through all the packaging away. There were too many pieces to collect and send back.

my 3 year old daughter likes playing with this set but the pieces of food are smaller than anticipated and the lid doesn’t seem to stay on the pan.

We are living in FL for 6 months and didn’t want to haul all of our toys from CA for our 5 and 2 yr old girls. We surprised the girls with a few surprises, this being one of them. They are not as elaborate as some foods they already have, but for the price, these were a perfect option. They don’t care at all if they don’t look as realistic.

I recieved a free toddler kitchen in pretty rough shape, but my toddler was tickled pink anyways she didn't mind. So the hunt was on for some play food to go in it!Can't beat the price of these and I like that it's a lot of food in the sense that she has quite a variety, without it being so much food that we've got pieces scattered across the yard and house for the next 20 years.A happy medium :)The pan and food itself was a little smaller than I had pictured, but great size for toddler hands. And the pan actually fit perfectly on the tiny play burner, so I guess that was a good thing!I'd say the biggest hit, other than the pan itself and the spatula to stir, was the ketchup and mustard. She loves pretending to put sauces on her food. She didn't much care what kind of food was in the pan. Or if it was just dirt and rocks. But the ketchup and mustard were very important to her. Only thing I would add is a spice shaker or two. As I can see her having a blast with that too. Putting pepper on things at a restaurant is one of her favorite pass times.
