Actually they are the correct plug for the C cell maglight. If you order a centering tool from the right place you insert it into the plug and press or hammer a whack or two to expand the skirt diameter about 1mm. Or use a peen or 1.5" steel ball bearing to expand it.SDtactical for the tools, btw

Tolerance is slightly off, but when fractions of a millimeter matters the seal is incomplete. If you are looking to fit these into a "C" tube for whatever reason you are doing so, these will not fit (too small). Otherwise a quality product.
