Love the weight of this target, won't move around when hit. Had to test it as soon as I unboxed it. Had doubts about arrows only going in a inch, stood tall and strong. Most definitely recommend if you're on the fence. Will hold up many years if in a family shooting household, may even last a long time in range setting for many people.

This target is heavy and not easy to move around. The SpyderWeb ST24XL does a very good job of stopping the Ravin R500 bolts. However, if you shoot 2-3 bolts in the same hole, that becomes a problem. The material does not repack well and will allow the bolts to sink deeper. Some bolts were sinking up to the vanes. The major issue with this target is that it leaves a residue, and sometimes fibers, on the bolts. The residue affects the accuracy. Once I clean the residue off the bolts with fine steel wool, accuracy returns.

Shot target with my crossbow. Rated at 425FPS. Bolts went into target about 5” at 20 yards. Bolts were amazingly easy to remove. Very well built and durable. Great stopping ability!!!Only draw back is target is heavy. About 70 lbs. But not a bad thing.Well worth the money!!!

This target will be the last type of target that you will buy if you have any kind of really hard hitting fast compound or crossbow. I used to use the block layered targets the biggest ones I could find and they were great and yes you could shoot broadheads into them (which I only used practice broadheads anyway) but the field points weigh out and shoot "similar" to the same grain broadhead anyway. If you absolutely have to shoot a broadhead just to be certain that it is flying like your fieldpoints then keep one of your block targets for that. As far as shooting field points into a target with 350+ fps.....this one is second to none. The arrows pull right out with almost no effort. I have a Fred Bear Truth II compound and a TenPoint Vengent and the speed of these arrows doesnt phase this target. It goes in 2 or 3 inches from 20 to 30 yards out. This target is awesome.

I have a TenPoint Nitro XRT. It is brand new. I had 4 different targets i have used for my vertical bow. A Block. A 3d Glendel, a Rhino Cube and a traditional target. For three of them my shots went right through them. In fact, i put the block in front of my other target and it went through both and hit the tree behind it. The Rhino stopped it. No doubt and two hours later i finally got the arrow out. This target worked amazingly well. The arrow went in about 5-6 inches. It was very easy to remove. Initially i thought maybe the holes made were going to stay there, but they actually closed up. It took 15 minutes or so, but they did. GREAT TARGET! My cross-bow shoots fully loaded at about 440 FPS. As advertised, this thing did the trick.I went 5 stars. The only gripe i have is it is very heavy. I am going to mount it to a moving dolly. I can carry it, but it is a beast and to carry it 100 yards out of my garage to where i shoot... way too heavy. But, if you want a target that will stop high speed arrows. This is it!
