Had to replace my ac charger and this came up. Works well and still charges the jackery battery pack quickly.

I got my charger today and I plugged in the Jacari 500, it’s been charging for about five hours and the power supply is extremely extremely hot. I had to put it on top of a ceramic bowl to allow some air to flow underneath of it it’s unusually extremely hot. I don’t know what the lifespan of this thing is but it should not be that hot. It is a safety issue at this point and I don’t have another way of charging the jack and This power supply was recommended. I do not recommend this power supply and I’m afraid if I had a little child that touched this, they would burn their fingers. It’s too hot to hold my hand.

Charged fast and was effective for my Jackery Explorer 240 but less than 1 month later the light doesn't turn on and the jackery reports no input wattage when plugged in.Edit: the replacement seems to be working just fine now!! Thanks y'all

This is compatible as shown and it works as expected. I have it as a back-up and it looks well made and is pretty hefty. Be sure to check whether yours is on the "compatible" list!
