Bought this for cutting large rolls of paper I use for bird cage liners. Cutter works well, could use some rubber covers under the feet so that it won’t scratch the surface it’s on (countertop for example).

I rarely leave negative reviews. Cant remember the last time I did. This dispenser is pretty much useless. Very light weight and flimsy. Spring tension on the cutting bar is almost non existent. I'd recommend passing on this!
