... I was disappointed to find the ball stud is not snap together so you have to unbolt the linkage any time you need to remove the carburetor. highly inconvenient and a step backwards.

There was nothing I disliked about this cable. I had to modify it just a bit with some washers, but thats because my existing hole through the firewall was too big. My gas pedal is Easy Peasy. And this was on a 1976 Chevy Shorty
