Finding pants that fit both my thick waist and my hips/thighs has always been a challenge. This problem has become even more pronounced due to some health issues causing bloat. In the past, I've resorted to using hairbands fastened in the buttonholes of my pants to make my pants more comfortable around the waist. However, I recently discovered waistband extenders, and they've been a game-changer. These extenders are much better than the makeshift hairbands. The ones with slots for buttons are a bit stiff and can be tricky to get on and off, but once they are in place, they don't need to be removed. The button on the extender fits into the buttonhole on the pants perfectly just like the pants button. Having a few extra inches at the waist is incredibly helpful and makes wearing pants much more comfortable. The different colors and types are quite helpful and I especially like that ones that have small springs although I don't know if those will last as long as the others that have the slots. All in all, they feel quite secure and I'm able to wear more of my pants now.

This is a quality kit with a great variety of items and sizes. Unfortunately, most have no stretch to them, and many are also far too small for my needs. I have found only two pieces that are both large enough and stretchable enough to work well at the waistline. I really like the unique designs of the ones I am able to use.

I got these to use with my jeans while I'm inbetween sizes. I had one of the silicone extenders break in half while taking jeans off already, so that's why I took a star off. You do need to be a bit cautious while using these and taking them on and off to avoid this. Otherwise, they're great and nobody will know they're there and they allow you to still wear your favorite pants!

Being between sizes is enough to drive a person crazy trying to find practical solutions. Getting dressed had became so frustrating, even belts or elastic adjusters inside the waistband weren’t helping to get a flattering and comfortable fix. I’ve even been adding tacking stitches to belt loops because they were too long to hold my belts in the correct spot for a good fit.The variety of adjusters has been perfect! I keep a “jeans button” in the pocket of my purses and bags in case I forget to grab one when dressing. Due to the metal backing and post, I was a little worried that it would be uncomfortable or cause a skin reaction because I’m sensitive to nickel. Those worries were unfounded!These are MAGIC so do not hesitate to order!
