These are not military grade! They only last for a couple hours. They were semi bright for an hour. The glow sticks of the grocery counter at Halloween time are better than these.

Tried a couple just to make sure but they consistently die out between 7-8 hours

A lot of glow sticks I have used say they last a long time but then around the 6 hour mark are really reduced and are faintly glowing at hour 12 if at all. These do get dimmer as most glow sticks do obviously, but are still fairly good at hour 12 and I was surprised. I thought they might go out around hour 10 but they proved me wrong. They still put out a fair amount of light at 12 hours.

These are pretty good light sticks. They do last the 12 hours as stated. They have a hook and lanyard hole. They put off a fair amount of light. These have many uses from parties, to survival, power outages, camping, to trail marking and beyond. They are fairly priced and well worth the money.
