I wanted an extremely mild 2/4 drop kit to tastefully lower my 76 C10. Attached are the results. It took me weeks of doing this myself in my driveway, and it is the most extensive thing I've ever done to my vehicles. The biggest challenge was removing the rivets holding the original leaf hangers in place. It required dropping my saddle tank to get go the passenger side. Removing the bed was NOT required.The front had some clanking due to the difference in suspension geometry, but has quieted down significantly after some driving. Make sure fo install shorter bump stops on your lower control arms too.I'd recommend this kit for anyone on a budget who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. It is definitely a DIY capable upgrade, just take your time and plan it out.
