This is a handy thing to have around. I originally ordered it to help with a part of the deck that our little dog kept trying to climb under but I've found it is really handy to have around. Little sections are handy for screens like the portion of our basement vents that needed a repair. It is also tight enough to use as a screen for sorting gravel from sand.It seems to be well made and each connection seems solid. I appreciate the stainless finish so I shouldn't have to worry about rust when using it outside.Overall, I'm happy with the "23.5 inchesx10 feet Stainless Steel 1/4 Hardware Cloth,Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Screen".

This mesh cloth is a fantastic product. We are out in the suburbs near a creek and woods so unfortunately we get rats. I bought a new mini fridge for the patio and used some of this mesh cloth to seal up the underneath and back of the fridge to keep rats from entering and nesting during the winter. There is no way they are getting through this stuff. It was easy to cut with metal shears and easily bends to the desired shape. My next project is to seal up my new grill. I love this stuff. 2 thumbs up.

I am building a quail enclosure to use outside during the warmer months and know that quail are easy prey for most predators and snakes and rodents will go after them if they can get in the enclosure. Using the 1/4 inch hardware cloth will help reduce the risk due to the size of the openings. I will look forward to letting them graze outside when I finish building the enclosure. I would recommend this cloth for a use like mine or even around your garden bed to help keep unwanted critters from getting to your vegetables. and herbs.

I have some pine tree seedlings that I wanted to protect from deer browsing so I wrapped them in this wire fence. It was easy to cut to length with tin snips, and then form 1.5' D circles with it and I zip tied the two ends together. Doing this protects the seedlings while allowing full sun light to get to the little trees. This fence/hardware cloth worked well for my needs and was very comparable to what the local store has.

I put in a cat door, but the cats (ie Kittens) kept tearing the screens to get in.Now, I put these over the screens and that forced the cats to use the doors. Now these are 6 mo old kittens and Mama knows how to use the door, so they do too now.Shipped and arrived quickly.

I have used galvanized steel hardware cloth purchased from a local big box store for a variety of things around my house, such as covers for window wells to keep leaves out while letting light in. Over the years, I have tried to replace galvanized hardware like bolts and screws with stainless steel so that I don’t have to worry about rust and staining, plus it just lasts longer. Stainless steel looks better, too. These are the reasons I ordered this stainless steel hardware cloth. It is better constructed than I expected, a similar hardware cloth I ordered a little while ago had individual wires only 0.020 inches in diameter, measured with Vernier calipers. The wire in this cloth is almost twice as thick, 0.038 inches in diameter. This is even thicker than the wires in the galvanized cloth I have been using, which are 0.030 inches. That makes this Anbadum cloth the best that I have ever seen.
