I ordered these and they arrived promptly and they look good - exactly like the name brand pins I have been using. I expect they are just as good and work just fine.BUT I haven't had the chance to actually use them, because my pin nailer quit working and I haven't yet replaced it. No fault of these pins, it had been acting up for a few weeks before I ran out of the name brand pins; it just happened to quit the day I ran out of one size of pins and it won't work with the new pins OR with a different size of the name brand pins. The nailer is defective, not the pins.

The assorted-sized 23 Gauge Copper Plates pin nails arrive well packed in a perfectly usable plastic case and individually sleeved in bags for each size. The price of $8.99 less a 10% coupon at the time of my review is a great value given the quality and performance of the nails. A quick test confirmed that the nails feed well and countersink as expected. I'll update my review if I find any issues, but so far I am pleased to recommend the Toicann 23 Gauge pin nails for your carpentry projects.

I am part of the vine voices program, i get free or reduced price items in exchange for my evaluation and honest review. My star system now is as follows1 star, strongly dissatisfied with product, do not recommend2 star product is functional for its stated purpose but has a major flaw or a few minor flaws generally don’t recommend unless it does a job that few other products do.3 star product is neither perfect nor terrible, it does the job you expect it to do4 star product is above average in some or most areas or is strongly surprising in one are5 stars is the perfect product, surprisingly good with zero faults or major issuesThese are decent, the arrows are high contrast and easy to read making loading the nailer easy. The pins are typical in being small and thin and are sort of soft I experienced a few bent pins when going into maple but thats to be expected. The plastic container is a good size and fits well in the nailers case

This is a nice assortment of pins for a 23ga nailer, in 4 sizes ranging from 5/8" to 1-3/8". You get a total of 1000 of EACH and they come in a nice compact plastic case to make it easier to keep up with them. They shoot well, and don't seem any less sturdy than others I have seen, taking into account that 23ga is a pretty thin nail.

These pins arrived in a nice storage box that snaps shut. Each size (length) of pin was in a separate zip-lock envelope that was clearly marked. So the packaging of the product is very good. But the problems are in the actual product. I tested the 1" pins by shooting them into a couple pieces of hard maple. I found that they often deflected from the original path. My guess is that the metal used to make them isn't as stiff as the Grip Fast pins that I usually use. When I shot the Grip Fast pins (same length into the same material), they went in consistently straight. If the pins veer off the intended path in a real project, there could be damage to the project and a lot of frustration. Perhaps this wouldn't happen as often in a softer material, but the Grip Fast pins just seemed to be significantly better. Also, I noticed that the directional arrow markings on these pins weren't as clear as the markings on the strips of Grip Fast pins, and there weren't as many markings on each strip of pins. Since the most important characteristic of this product is that it should work well for its intended purpose and these don't consistently go in straight, I'm rating them at only two stars.

First, let me say that I am a sucker for nice packaging and these 23 gauge pins come in 4 different small ziplock bags packed inside a nice rigid plastic storage case. I know this might seem insignificant, but I really appreciate not having to find something to store them in. As far as the actual pins go - what can I say - they worked. I shot 20 of the 1-3/8" pins into Hard Maple and all but one was sunk below the surface of the wood, that one that did not was barely protruding above the surface.Personally, I believe this to be a great purchase for the money and highly recommend them if you are in need of 23 gauge pins for your pin nailer.
