I wasn't expecting much from these, they are screws, right? Self tapping screws. Didn't think I'd be writing about them either.Well... I was installing a new furnace and needed to screw in sheet metal ducts. NO WAY did I think these were NOT going to require a starter hole, or work to screw together two overlapping pieces of sheet metal and actually draw them up tight.I'll tell ya, these not only did all of that, it tapped a hole fast! Wonderful! Made quick work of a job I was not looking forward too!Only problem, that really isn't, is these are 7mm heads, not 1/4", but the driver comes in the package!! Which is great, but only one of us could use our drill at a time because we only had the one driver. Ah well... Bought another driver, and another set of screws (so now I have 3 drivers!), for next time!

These #8 sheet metal screws have a 7mm hex head. They come with a driver, but still a pain if I lose that driver bit. Who puts a metric hex head on a #8 screw. Only in China....

The screws were great, but the double ended bit wasn't . It broke 1/2 way throught the first screw, so i turned the bir around and that end broke off too...I didn't purchase it for the bit..just the screws, and they are fine🙂5 stars
