Renovated our kitchen this Christmas as a HoHo for my wife. New quartz counters, additional electrical outlets, new backsplash tiles and painted the cabinets. Seemed a shame not to replace the old builder grade drawer slides with ball bearing full extension. These are an easy install for face frame cabinets. Just be sure to adhere to the measurement requirements for installation and they work great. I did use a small magnetic level (cheap plastic from Harbor Freight) on each slide to ensure a level installation.

I ordered a set of 6 18 inch slides for a chest of drawers I’m building. I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly they worked and the soft close works great. I had recently purchased a set from my big box store that were more expensive and, to me, did not function as well. I would buy these again.

I used these to install some pull out drawers under my garage workbench. If installed correctly, they slide great. I have some heavy tools in my drawers and the closing action is smooth. I took great care to install them correctly with the exact amount of space between the drawers and the cabinet framework. I like the self closing feature.Do your research if you have never built cabinets before. It’s a tough job to get it right. Make sure the slides are level and parallel. I’m glad I bought them. It’s only been about two months, but I think they will hold up for the long haul. Only time will tell.

The slides are nice, but the mounting screws that are included are junk. The first 3 we tried to put in broke. Even though we pre-drilled holes for them, the heads twisted off before being tightened down. Don't even try to use the screws that are included. Go buy some good screws to install the slides.
