I was excited to get Parawire because descriptions sounded so great. Sorry to say but this is the most brittle wire I’ve ever used. I will not ever order or recommend it to anyone!!!!

This wire is a dull gray color. Not at all like Sterling Silver I have ever purchased!! Even after polishing it, it still looked dull. Check out the difference in the all silver and the copper/silver bracelets in photo. Notice how shiny and silvery the thinner bracelet is?!! Don’t buy wire from this vendor!!!!

The 28g wire is shiny and affordable. I would recommend the 28g wire.

This is okay wire, but it’s got too much spring back to be dead soft. Tried using it to weave a pattern on a ring shank and it looked terrible. I attribute some of that to my relative noob status with wire wrapping/weaving (have a year of practice, still a noob). But when switching to actual dead soft wire, which wasn’t sterling but silver plated copper, the pattern came out more as expected. I’m still learning the different attributes of different wires, but I have some larger gauge sterling dead soft that is a lot more pliable than this smaller gauged here. I’m still hanging onto it to use in the future, but if you’re newer to wire working and looking for that sort and supple “dead soft” this is not that.

I have purchased several rolls of sterling silver wire from this seller. So far, I am very pleased with the quality. The wire is perfect for twisted wire sculptures, and projects. I would purchase again from this seller. 👍

I ordered this silver wire a while ago and still haven't found time to try it yet BUT- it look as advertised and should work perfectly for the redo of a pair of inexpensive earrings that have lost their luster. This silver wire looks easy enough to bend but should hold up well while giving my old earrings some much needed sparkle and shine. I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.
