I took a chance on this bundle of wires and have been quite pleased with my decision. The wires are thin yet strong, easy to solder and extremely flexible. Perfect for my project. I’m using all the colors equally and will buy again when I run out.

Decent quality PVC wire with tinned copper conductor. Carboard dispenser is nice and rugged enough to last out the life of the wire. 22 AWG appears perfect for BB'ing. 20 too big, 26 too small. I have many of these in different sizes, nice system.

I've bought these a couple of times. These are very useful for my use case which is using them with a breadboard or perma-proto boards. 22AWG is a good size for breadboard, although the connection can be a little loose for my tastes, but the next larger wire size is a little too thick. They are easy to solder and flexible enough. These are PVC insulated and not silicone. This makes them affordable and sufficient for my product development prototype phase. Just once I had a situation with a perma-proto board the insulation melted while I soldered the other side. This happened out of one wire segment of hundreds I've soldered so I don't consider that case a reason to go to more expensive silicone insulated.

This is a good set of wires for breadboard and perfboard work. Enough colors for differentiating signal types and gauge is good for breadboarding.

Don't waste your money on those molded male male jumper kits. Buy this and roll your own.I bought an assortment of the jumpers with the crimped pins, the pins are rectangular, this wire is round and fits the contacts perfectly.Pull off a piece, cut, strip, your jumper fits nicely and doesn't look messy.

I like fixing the broken dead outdoor solar lights ... often the problems are simply corroded wires, or bunk batteries that have the wires soldered to the ends and they end up pulling off the control board when opening the case. These wires allow me to replace existing wires as needed, and the solid core is preferable over the tiny stranded wire, both when stripping and re-soldering in place. Also use it when connecting multiple segments of LED lights when passing through unseen sections of the cabinets.

Something useful for a quick patching on a breadbox. LIke the small holes in the box for threading the wires through. Brilliant.

It's difficult to find smaller gauge wire that has a flexible coating that isn't silicone. As was expected, this wire has PVC coating and is a little more rigid than I would like but it works well overall. It works in crimp connectors nicely, I just worry about the pvc breaking over time.I work on older electronic equipment and there is something about the older wire where it is flexible but durable. Silicone is almost too flexible and it pierces/slices too easy.I like the dispenser box this comes in and I like the wire, good value for the money overall. I'm willing to pay for what I really want, I just can't find it.

I purchased the 6 color set of 22 awg solid core wire, and overall I am extremely happy with the product! These rolls of wire are WAY smaller than I thought they would be, though! For some silly reason I thought each spool would be the size of a 1 kilogram roll of 3d printing filament, which is like 8"/20cm in diameter. instead they are a little under 2.25"/5.5cm in diameter. This is my mistake though, as when I look more closely at the other reviews the spools are clearly pretty small. It works wonderfully though, so no complaints there! The 22 awg solid core wire is easy to solder, the insulation is easy enough to strip off, and the wire is also sturdy enough to go into a breadboard easily, but flexible enough to be maneuvered where you need it.I think my only concern is that the insulation seems to degrade pretty quickly if you apply too much heat when soldering. I do wish I had read the listing more carefully, because it does state that the wire uses PVC insulation. My worry with this is that when PVC catches fire, it releases deadly hydrogen chloride gas into the air. Obviously it would be difficult to get the insulation to combust accidentally when soldering, but I still would have much preferred a wire with silicone insulation rather than PVC.Overall I am extremely impressed by this product! Any problems that I had were due to my own failure to read the listing and reviews before purchasing. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for high quality, affordable wire for your electronics projects!
