Have got these Rings Twice from the same vendor kind of funny both times there was 217 Rings instead of 216 and only about five or six didn't work so that's pretty good! These rings are great for school events, camping to keep track of your kids, skate nights or glow bowling or anything outdoors. I personally use them at concerts because they're fun and I'm from the 80s and if you are in a lawn section when you get up to go to the bathroom or get something from the vendors you can easily find your way back with everybody blinking! Also hand them out at Halloween instead of candy so they're easy to spot and not get run over and the kids love them even the teenagers!

These were a huge hit for Halloween. Definitely open each package to allow them to air out for a week because they stink straight out of the package.

Last year I bought 4 boxes of these, for a total of 816 rings, for Halloween and they were a hit. At the end of the night only 7-8 rings didn't work, for the price I was thrilled. They contain non-replaceable button batteries, but were tough and I had no safety concerns. This year I bought 5 boxes. The first box was about the same, only this time about 15% of the rings were smaller, star shaped, and made from a different, much weaker material. I set them aside as concern for safety, as they contain button batteries, and planned not to hand them out. 3 of the 5 boxes had rings mostly made of the old, tough material (but also included the weaker stars as well). 2 out 5 five of the boxes were completely made of the new weaker material. Last year I felt comfortable handing about all the rings. This year I've set 40% aside and would have returned them, had the return window not closed before I noticed the decline in quality. I will not be buying these again next year.

Nice bright flashing lights, HUGE hit as a Halloween hand out. We ran out really fast, people were seeking out the house with the light up rings.We had maybe five duds in the entire bundle. Not bad. Some the light skews to the side so you have to finagle it a bit to get it to turn on.
