The touch sensitivity works great on the base, the shaft is less sensitive. They are very sturdy and look great. The shades do block more light than I'd like for my bedroom. The bulbs are just right for evening relaxing, but not bright enough to really see our outfits well. These are really good as supplemental lighting to our ceiling fan light which is a bit too bright. The blend well together with it. I don't think the lamps are bright enough on their own, but I can put them on the low setting and it won't keep my wife awake at night. We don't really ever use the medium setting.The 1st pic is one with the ceiling fan light on also. The next 3 are in decreasing order of brightness setting. Pics taken with my blackout curtains closed during the day.You have to get used to it turning on when you accidentally touch it, or plugging in/out any devices.

I bought these for my toddlers room so he could turn the lights on when he wakes up in the morning. The lights work perfectly, there’s 3 levels and you can tap anywhere on the black base/pole.

I have struggled with finding the proper bedside lighting for years. I've traveled worldwide and taken photos of hotel rooms and bed tables with their lamps. I looked at thousands of images! Then, I landed on these reasonably priced lamps on a whim. I ordered and took a chance, and I'm glad I did. From great packaging to the easy setup to the touch control and ports for charging, they made my day! It is the perfect color combo with gray and black metal and complements navy, gray, and white room decor well.

I love these lamps so much! Perfect height, contemporary/modern, bright, but dim. Just tap anywhere on the lamp (my favorite part) and they dim.There is a regular plug on these and USB plugs. Everything you want, in a lamp and elevate your bedroom. So nice!Assembly was pull out of the box, add bulb, shade and plug in. So easy!

I like the lamps. They look modern and give 3 levels of lighting at a touch. I like the convenience of the touch-on lamp. The shades are good quality and look great in my bedroom and I have a slightly different set in my family room, which are equally as good.

I love the look and the soft light. I like the fact that it has an outlet, a type A and a type C port as well. I like the idea of touching it to turn it on and off. I wish it had a separate touch button to control the brightness level of the light. The biggest problem is that one of the lamps does not respond well to the touch feature so we can usually turn it on without much trouble, but then we have a hard time turning it off...and you have to go thru all three light levels to turn it off! So it can be frustrating to have to keep firmly tapping and touching the lamp just to turn it off. Whereas the other lamp will just randomly turn on, out of the blue, as if it's possessed! I will consider exchanging them and if the other ones don't work the way they're supposed to, I will send them back and look elsewhere!Update: I ordered a replacement set and these lamps are better, but one of them still just randomly turns on...like when no one is in the room, or in the middle of the night. I wanted to love these lamps but I don't love that they turn on randomly and can wake me up in the middle of the night. I guess I'll have to start shopping again.....Disappointed.

Love the charging port and outlet on the lamp base. For one of the two lamps, the touch works well for the first three touches, bringing the lamp to the highest brightness. However to touch it again to turn off the light doesn't work always. Need to touch it several times in different spots to finally be able to turn it off.
