While the included gloves are not as heat resistant as others it's nice to have in this kit. While the rubber mat is small; the size makes it easy to clean and honestly doesn't need to be that big to put a spatula down on. The pads are perfect for cleaning but not harming your griddle surface and heat resistant.Very pleasantly surprised by this kit.

I was impressed with the sturdiness of the scraper blade in this kit.It should do a great job on the flat top come spring time.The microfiber towels are nice, and the cleaning stones should make cleaning up after burned on food easier.The gloves are bulky and did not fell good when trying them on. They might be OK, but just trying them on they felt odd and it was difficult to grip the scraper. Will see how well they will work come spring time.Here is how I rate items:5 Stars = Exceeds all expectations, A definite buy! (Very Rare)4 Stars = Excellent find, you should definitely give it a shot.3 Stars = It works and functions as advertised.2 Stars = A little scary, possibly OK, it may work out.1 Stars = Avoid this product, not worth the effort.

If you have a BS or know of someone with one, this is a great set. I've been using pumice stones for years on my BS and stainless steel griddle. Definitely makes scrubbing much easier.

Good heavens! They have packed everything into this kit except for a grillmaster to do the dirty work for you. And I would say that about half the tools can be repurposed for other tasks around the kitchen and house. All the components are very high quality, with attention paid to safety and comfort as you use it. Very capable, scrubbing and scraping tools. Love the orange vibe. Would make a really great gift for someone who loves their grill. In my case, it brought a grill back to looking new. Worth the cost and then some.

This kit could not have come at a better time. All summer long I have been neglecting my gen 1 - 36” Blackstone. The “about this item” does this product absolutely no justice. This kit is an amazing kit, and here’s why! Yes, let’s state the obvious, it has 21 pieces. Ok now that is out of the way let’s get on to the good stuff. To me what makes this cleaning kit really good. It literally has exactly what you need to completely get your griddle back to the basics. All summer long I have been using my 3 gen 36” Blackstone, and my first gen has bee under a cover under a carport. It was covered in rust and had a layer of something on its griddle surface. I figured this kit was going to be put to the test.I heated up my griddle and the first thing I did was use the heavy-duty scrapper to take off as much of the crud as I could. The handle is very comfortable to hold, and the blade is thick with a nice, chiseled edge to be able to bite into what every is on to of the griddle surface. The blade itself is fairly thick and seated very nicely into the handle. And it does not have much flex. So, you can really apply some pressure to get what you need removed quickly.Once the griddle cooled down it was time to use the scrub pads. The scrubbing pads are stout. They are held onto the very robust handle with a hook and loop system. I was very surprised with the scrub pads; they removed a lot of the smaller things the scrapper could not. And I am sure my griddle surface is not exactly level, but those scrubbers did not care. They are not a course scrub pad, but they are abrasive enough to remove tough, baked-on food without damaging the underlying metal.The pumice stone…. This has been the best one I have used to date. Every time I used ones in the past, they somehow always seem to disappear. Meaning, they wear out very fast. But the ones supplied in this kit are simply amazing. As you can see in my pictures there is a before and after of the surface. I scrubbed with this pumice stone in every direction for 20 minutes... easily. And look at the wear, these is hardly any. To me… just the stones are worth what this kit costs. The handle is very comfortable to hold, and the stone is held in place nicely. The side rails give just enough pressure to keep it in place. And the is just enough of a recess in the handle to keep the stone in place when moving it in any direction.I did not try on the gloves, but they are thick and have some weight to them.Honestly, all of the cleaning products feel like they are restaurant quality, and I cannot believe the price of this kit.. right now, it is 48% off. Just simply amazing.I highly recommend this kit to anyone that has a griddle. Whether it needs a deep clean or just regular maintenance.
