The center hole will not fit a 7 mm pen mandrel,each piece must be redrilled.

The delrin bushings were under sized and would not slide over the mandrel without using a hammer to drive them on. Now that they are on lookes like last I will have to cut them off I order to remove the pen pieces.

I've used these bushings several times now and I'm happy with them. The only issue, which isn't a big deal, is that you may have to drill them out to fit your mandrel. The holes in them may be just a bit too tight for the mandrel you're using, but if you can drill a pen blank you can resize these without any problem.

Received these bushings and when I went to put them on my mandrel they would not go on it. Checked the ID of the bushings and they check .245. That just won't work on a 7mm mandrel. How about sending me some that will work. I'm not going to fix your screw up. A little QC would probably solve this problem before they leave the shop.

There is a picture of the dimensions of these bushings that clearly says 6mm... so... my mistake. I suppose there are 6mm mandrels but 7mm is more typical for pens.

These are described as being drilled to fit a standard 7 mm pen mandrel. I have 3 7 mm mandrels from 2 different manufacturers. The only way I can use these bushings is if I drill them again! The opening is 6mm at the most! Do not buy these expecting them to fit a 7 mm mandrel - you will be wasting your money!
